No surprises whatsoever. Our rates are fixed and transparent so you know exactly what you’ll be paying before we carry out any work.
Unlike many other London plumbing companies we do not charge a call out fee.
Charges are per hour with a one hour minimum charge and thereafter in 15 minute units.
Typically, we are able to promptly respond to service calls within a timeframe of three hours.

When they operate, our gas engineers are fully insured and wear all the necessary safety equipement.
1 hour minimum charge on any work carried out, thereafter you will be charged in 15 minute increments. Estimates can be provided by your gas or LPG engineer prior to the work commencing. Your invoice will clearly show a full description of works carried out including start time, finish time, and a full breakdown of labour and materials.
